The means of spreading the culture of entrepreneurship include the development of the curricula specialized in the promotion of a culture of self-employment, the provision of the necessary skills to start businesses in both schools and universities, the preparation of a clear investment map to direct investments towards industrial, commercial, service, agricultural and information technology investments. In addition to these, there is the need to provide the demanded business incubators as to encompass startups, all technical and financial support for them to grow and move towards the local and global market; to achieve further progress and success at all levels.

Universities and education institutes can play a central and pivotal role in changing our lives by qualifying their students to create new ideas, come up with productive entrepreneurial opportunities and innovate small business entities by introducing entrepreneurship into the education system. Universities also contribute in the establishment and refinement of the building blocks of a healthy society that builds its economy, develops internal trade and maximizes commodity and service exports. The national balance of payments is, thus, adjusted to lead the entrepreneurs themselves and their home countries to further economic growth.

The dissemination of a culture of entrepreneurship requires the creation of entrepreneurs, instilling the concepts of entrepreneurship and leadership skills in them, educating them about the mechanisms of innovation, and mastering the transformation of opportunities into projects, after which they become a source of further achievements. This will only happen if they feel the enthusiasm needed to develop themselves and elevate their homelands, and if they have a serious desire to succeed, excel, be at top ranks all the time, and work to advance their home to a sublime position, where it can realize more economic successes.
